DIN compliant NXP surge diverters are suitable for the protection of electrical
sub-distribution boards and point of entry protection for small industrial and
domestic switchboards. The NXP is a type 2 SPD in accordance with

All Mode Protection
The NXP provides all mode protection for transient disturbances between
phase-neutral, phase-earth and neutral-earth.
 
Thermal Sensing
Sustained overvoltages can cause components to overheat and degrade.
Thermal sensing warns of this condition without disconnecting the protection.
 
LED Status Active Display
The LED display indicates phase status and normal operation when
illuminated. An extinguished LED indicates a component failure or thermal
overload, also initiating the optional external alarm.
